Easy to apply

I have been using this eyeliner for years, it's the first liquid liner I ever used and I'll never cheat on it. I love to outline a wing with a felt tip eyeliner to get a really sharp shape, then use this to trace the outline and fill it in. Unless you're super skilled at wing liner (not me) I would not suggest using this to outline. Yeah it takes longer to do it the way that I do but that's what time management is for, and it comes out perfect every time. I have never not used it with a setting spray so I can't speak to how it performs when by itself. I should also note that I don't really wear any makeup on my lids when I use this, so it‘s just on my bare eyelids, no primer no concealer nothing, and after using setting spray it DOES NOT BUDGE. 10/10 product I love it.

Updated: Photo is after 15 hours of wear without any touch ups. This eyeliner has proved the test of time! I've been using it for nearly a year now and am still highly satisfied. It last quite a while, I've stayed awake up to 20 hrs and never had to reapply. I would say if I were awake longer it would last longer. No drying up, no cracking or peeling. Original review: I have spent way too much money trying out eyeliners. Some seemed to be good at first but either ran out quickly, caused allergic reactions or flaked off, cracked and dried out easily. Some I didn't like on first try. This one Revlon eyeliner beats all. It goes on smoothly and stays on with a nicely pigmented color. Zero flaking, long lasting and overall just perfect. I have searched for a good replacement since Avon quit making their eyeliner that came in a container shaped just like this. I have found it, please do not discontinue this!

Love revlon color stay eyeliner except for this tip. This particular one has a foam, angled tip which doesn't make a thin enough line for me but luckily I still have my old top so I just use it.

One of the few that does not smudge on me, however I do use the UD primer with it, not sure how it works without one.

I love this eyeliner because you can do super thin to thicker lines. The formula will wear all day though it will smear with water, they do have a waterproof formula that works wonders. I have both!

Too expensive. You can purchase cheaper at Walmart or CVS.

I needed a waterproof eyeliner that would be long lasing this was perfect , easy to apply and a great price.I would highly recommend this eyeliner if you want a nice liner that lasts!

Buen producto, no es waterproof pero su duración es aceptable, el aplicador en lo personal es mi favorito porque te permite hacerlo con mucha precisión y deja un acabado mate.
