This is a great eye makeup remover! It removes even stubborn waterproof eye makeup more completely than any other remover I've used (Clinique, Lancôme, Neutrogena liquid and wipes, Olay wipes), and it leaves no residue, so the next day my makeup doesn't smear.

Too oily !!!!! Says no oil but clearly that is not true!!!!! Eye makeup smears when I use this product!!!!
