I went on a new skin care journey as a mother's Day treat this year, did a bunch of research and settled on this cleanser, Amazon retinol and some daily care sunblock from Neutrogena. This cleanser and the retinol are both impressive, sensitive and straight forward products that are at an affordable value for the quantity they contain. I really enjoy how this makes my skin feel. Definitely recommend using the double cleanse method regardless - game changer!

I keep it in my shower. Great value for money I use about half a pump at a time. I can tell my face is getting more clear and less red. Love this brand.

I love this product, but the pump situation is just ridiculous! I ordered one. When I tried to use it, the liquid was coming out of the neck of the pump instead of the pump spout. I requested a replacement and the replacement did the same thing. I am going to use my old pump on this replacement bottle from two bottles ago and hope it lasts. My last one that I bought months ago had a faulty pump too (not purchased through Amazon). A couple of years ago, I bought some Bliss body wash for my mom because I thought the pump would be easy for her to use. The pump on that was defective too. Bliss has to know this is going on. This is a definite quality control issue and extremely frustrating. Save your pump for the next bottle if you get one that works!

Just got this today and so far i love it. Removed every trace of makeup and didn't feel drying, in fact, it felt moisturizing. There's minimal scent to it. I used this on wet skin in the shower and it was perfect. As long as it doesn't do anything weird to my skin, I'll be a repeat buyer!

I love this product and was so relieved when I found it on Amazon after I couldn't find it at my previous store. I love the way this feels on my skin. It feels gentle with its jell-like substance, but still hardworking. The smell is fine— nothing too noticeable or identifiable. I like the bottle it comes in— nice size for my shower shelf and nice quality pump bottle. I have been using this for several years now and my skin is soft and clean :-) UPDATE— I just bought another bottle of this and the smell is totally different and strong and not pleasant. In comparing the two bottles, the bottle I just received had French words— ingredients, directions, etc., in addition to English. So perhaps the French get a different smelling bottle and the Americans get the simple clean smell, which is so much better. Help! This French bottle scent smells very manly and not appealing. I may return this but am wondering if they will send me the French version again if I reorder! Mystery of the contrasting views regarding the fragrance solved!! Good luck!

The bottle SUCKS. The pump broke immediately, then the spring inside the pump rusted. The face wash is really nice though, so I put it in a different bottle. My skin feels clean but not stripped, and it works really well as step two in double cleansing.

Really like this product. Great for everyday use.

Are you joking? I've been using this product for so long and used to pay $8 for it. It's now $20? That's ridiculous. It's a decent product. But not for $20. Get real.

First, as a low maintenance woman that does not have an extensive skin care regime, this product works wonders. The smell is great and left my skin super smooth, now I only use products from this brand and I love it.

About 1/3 of bottle leaked despite spout not being released and it soaked everything Ok cleanser rubbish packaging
