What in the world has happened to this product? First of all it does not work the same any more and hardens in the bottle getting very thick. Forget customer service. I don't think there is one. I used this for years and it was fine and very affordable but now forget it. Plus, big plus I would buy it for $18 or less for their small bottle. Now $60??? You've got to be kidding. A product that is terrible and they up the price. Do you really think making a less affect product and upping the price will attract us? LOL LOL Go away Sudden change, I found another that works just fine and much cheaper. You've become a rip off! I say to those thinking of buying this look around, Amazon carry's more affordable and affective products than this one.

This product really works. I have spent as much as $50 on other creams to reduce or eliminate the bags under my eyes and have always come back to Sudden Change. It is the only product that actually works to minimize the eye bags.

Works but one thing

I was skeptical but this product does what it says! BUT I think the manufacturer should invest in a way to see if they can make this in a clear gel or light cream. For anyone with a fair complexion, the tint of this cream is too dark and you can see it on the face. For myself it wasn't that bad but I put some on my mom who is very fair and you could see it after it dried. It looked like when you wear foundation too dark for your skin and you see that line around your face. But hers was just under her eyes lol. I didn't apply a lot so that was not the problem. It really should be a clear color so no residue is seen. Also because of the tint, even if it isn't noticeable after the application, it will be visible by the end of the day. I'd literally invest in this company if they found a way to make it without the tint! Another thing for the ladies asking about wearing it with makeup. I put moisturizer on my face prior to makeup normally, I did the same but avoided under the eyes. I then put my foundation on, dabbed it in areas and blended with a brush. I blended it very lightly under my eyes. Once dried, I then added this eye cream. I wasn't sure if it would work but it certainly did. As I said I didn't have much issue with the color of the cream until days end when you could see the color and separation. Anyone who is fair skinned may want to invest in a slightly darker foundation to avoid this.

Be wary!!

Not happy with this product. I've used this many times before which I bought from a chemist and it was nothing like this. This bottle arrived just a little over half full so its clearly leaked at some stage. You can tell from the colour that it's old and really thick and had hardened in the dropper. The consistency is awful and it's very sticky and un useable. Be wary.
