works well for removing eye makeup. Try not to get it in your eyes- if it does, use water to rinse or you will not be able to see through the film . It works well with moisturizing the skin around my eyes. Easy to use- easier if i use the cotton pads for makeup removal- toilet tissue can be a tad rough. Not scented- a good thing! I do not wear eye makeup every day so the bottle can last a good while for me- maybe 3-4 months.

I wear water-proof mascara and this makeup remover easily removed it. The price was excellent too. I'll buy it again.

This is the best eye makeup remover, and the only brand I use. I used to purchase it in my local chain pharmacy but now everything is locked up or not available. Hence, Amazon. I try to buy all my drugstore items at once to be more eco efficient. Neutrogena's formula is light and non-greasy and takes even heavier eyeliner off with no effort. It's truly the best.

Neutrogena Oil-Free Liquid Eye Makeup Remover works really well at removing eye makeup without irritating my skin. It's gentle and soothing, thanks to the aloe and cucumber. However, it does leave a bit of residue and has a slightly greasy feel, which is something to note. Despite this, the effectiveness of the product makes it worth using. I would definitely buy it again for its reliable performance.

I had been using another brand for so long. When I went to replace it I found out they changed the formula and no one was happy about it. So I did a little research and this came out the winner. It really is! It's much more gentle and not messy at all. So happy former product changed their formula.

I'm a little confused that it says oil-free because it feels oily on your skin. If you shake it up, as the directions tell you to do, the "oil" does dissipate. I like it though. It removes mascara and doesn't burn my skin.

This actually was a dr recommendation after my husband got paint in his eyes. It worked to remove the paint from the actual eye without hurting. Works great with my waterproof makeup. I do have to make sure to soak the cotton ball and the eyelashes/eyeliner before it will come off, but that is exactly what I would expect with a great waterproof makeup. It does not hurt the eyes if you get it in them, but it can make vision a little wonky for a while!

The best eye make up remover I've ever used. Gentle, non oily formula doesn't drop into the eye and wipes away waterproof make-up easily. Would love it even more if it were a bit less expensive.

Removes makeup both face and eyes effectively. No sticky feeling. Face need to be washedafter application though. Will definitely buy again

lo comprai per caso a San Francisco durante un viaggio negli States poiche' mi ero dimenticata a casa il mio struccante di allora.Premetto panico...poiche' io sono allergica a nickel,(molto), cromo, cobalto, betaina,lanolina (in forma lieve) e forse anche a qualcos' altro contenuto negli struccanti di non mia conoscenza...E' successo il miracolo: non solo mi sono trovata benissimo ma ancor meglio del mio vecchio struccante. Da 2 anni ormai lo compro strucca benissimo sopratutto il waterproof make up.Lascia un lievissimo effetto oleoso che scompare dopo un po' ma comunque lenitivo e non appiccicoso. Essendo Make up artist e Beauty Consultant conosco tantissimi brand per lo skin care sia di Profumeria che dei canali farmaceutici e devo dire che per me questo struccante rimane tra i migliori.
