I was using Cover Girl Simply Ageless Wrinkle Blurring pressed powder, but the price went up about $8 more than I had paid for it, so I found this one by Revlon and I'm very glad I tried it. I like it even better. The Cover Girl translucent color is white, while the CG one translucent one is very very pale ivory and it's perfect for me. I can even put it under my eyes and it looks smooth, not dry and cakey. The price at $9.95 is reasonable, while the other one was $18, which is a little high for drug store brand powder. The only thing I didn't love is that it comes with a little brush instead of a puff. That makes it a little messy, but I use my own velour puff anyway, however there's nowhere to store it in the powder container. I keep it in my makeup case, so it's okay. Anyway, the quality of the powder is great, price is fine, texture is nice and I will buy it again when I need to.

My daughter loves this powder. Do sheer and uses it on top of foundation.

I use it to put above my eye shadow and in the corner to brighten

I've used so many powders, both loose and pressed and I gotta say, I use this with a brush and with a puff, and in both cases, it performs as well as, or better than, the pricier ones.

I bought the last one of this powder at my drugstore so decided to check it out on Amazon and found it was less expensive. Not always the case but yay!

Just got this and decided to try it out on my bare, unmoisturized, unprimed skin to see what the damage is like. Indeed, as others have said, it does mattify your skin pretty well and the finish is surprisingly light, smooth and not cakey (could be a different story once you have concealer and moisturizer on) but there's GLITTER in it! SO annoying! Why would you ever put glitter in adult's makeup? Are we going to a rave? And the worst part is, because the glitter particles are heavier than the powder they tend to settle in areas and of course that looks silly. I really hope that the "photoready" aspect of this isn't the glitter particles ... haven't taken any pics with this yet so I wouldn't know. Be ware. Otherwise the powder isn't too bad. Didn't even bother with the crappy brush they included, you might as well toss that, it's cheap and sheds like a cat. Using a normal fluffy powder brush gives a very light application. But you pretty much have to have nice, smooth skin for this to look good. I have a couple really tiny rough patches, those are highlighted by this product (or any powder for that matter). Don't expect miracles on that front, it's like any other powder if you have skin issues.

I've always used translucent pressed powder, as I have oily and shiny skin that I hate! No other powders compare to this brand... Coverage and lasting time are amazing! A little expensive, so I can't always but this brand. If it were a little less money I'd buy it every time.

Den Vorgänger dieses Produkts habe ich mehrere Jahre benutzt, bis er nicht mehr zu bekommen war. Ich habe auch keinen Ersatz gefunden. Jetzt ist er in leicht veränderter Gestalt wieder da und so gut wie erwartet! Schöne Konsistenz und schöner Farbton (fair), lässt sich gut verteilen, macht einen schönen Teint den ganzen Tag lang.

Me llego todo roto y destruido. Supongo que fue por el envío así que mis 3 estrellas no es por eso sino porque este polvo tiene brillos diminutos y aunque si da un efecto mate la cara queda brillando ligeramente en ciertas partes y al menos yo no es lo que buscaba con un polvo. Además tiene color, es como amarillo y no blanco
