I used the Clinique universal primer until they discontinued it and the reviews for the replacement were horrible. After reading about this primer, I decided to try it. This one is WAY better than the old Clinique one and much less expensive. This primer goes on easily and leaves your skin with a silky finish that makes makeup easy to apply. So far, it seems to set the makeup for a lasting finish.

For the price, this is absolutely wonderful so if you're looking for a primer and not looking to spend the bank, this is definitely a go to item it works just as well as ones that I've used that cost 10 times more I would highly recommend and would buy again

As a person with very sensitive skin I was very happy to find this product not only was gentle on my skin but I didn't get any breakouts either! The only downside is the minimal redness cover compared to some products I have used in the past. To be fair they were in a quite different price category so it just depends what's more important to you personally. I like this product over the one I tried from Elf that was comparably priced. The packaging is the main reason. The way Elf packages theirs has you wasting about a 1/4 of the crème. This is disputed line toothpaste so you get use of all of the crème you paid for

Makes skin smooth and soft, makes my makeup last for 10+ hours, is an affordable dupe for the Smashbox primer, etc.

Just as advertised and expected

So excuse me using my face, but it's a great example. I have pretty mid range rosacea so my face is, in general, pretty red. This is especially true on my nose, and my right cheek. My usual foundation hadn't been covering it quite as well as it used to, especially with my exposure to the summer sun and whatnot, so I figured I'd give some color correcting cream a try. I first went for the e.l.f product, but the reviews were rather scathing, so I chose this one as it's a brand I'm familiar with. I decided to try it right after a shower, just as a trial run, so I can't speak on it's longevity, but there are two things I can say. 1. There was a very slight scent I wasn't overly fond of when I first squirted it on my fingers, but it quickly went away once it was rubbed in. It rubbed in well, and dried quickly so there was no hang time which is great if you're in a rush. 2. It feels pretty moisturizing but that's not typically something I pay all that much attention to because I don't typically use primers. Although this was just a quick trial run to see if it would actually cover the red, I'd say it had pretty good success. You can see in one picture half my face is bare, and the other is covered, and the covered side has worse redness so I'd say it did it's job. After a few more uses, I'll decide whether I'd like to add this product to my regular rotation.

I LOVE this primer. I will never use anything else. I have rosacea which I mean this primer doesn't cover the red like I wish it would, but it fills the pores and makes my skin so soft... perfect canvas for foundation or just not wearing anything. I have sensory issues but when I find a texture I like I will sit and touch it for hours. It's hard to fight the temptation to touch my face it's so soft and silky. Foundation glides on. I use the matte mousse ( aging myself here ) and it goes on so smoothly! I use my blender to finish off and it's just like a magazine airbrush job, in my opinion. It sure makes me feel beautiful. One tube lasts for ages too! You don't need a whole lot, maybe a pea sized dab.

I've tried the marshmellow, the green stuff, and a ton other primers and this one seems to work the best. Although it doesn't last all day (probably because I touch my face with my greasy hands) but I do like the feel. Doesn't take that much either.

Ajuda demais com a minha rosácea, a ficar menos aparente no momento da maquiagem. Super aprovo!!!

Me encantó el producto, es bastante suave al tacto y el efecto sobre la piel es instantáneo, cumple su función sobre su efecto matificante, se absorbe rápido en la piel, eso también me gustó. Sin duda es algo que volvería a comprar sin duda!
