Bought this to use with a pressed finishing powder and it's perfect! Big, fluffy and soft, and gets the product on my face as needed. I have several brushes from this brand and they never disappoint.

I love all of Real Techniques' brushes and this one is no exception. They are really soft, well made, and apply makeup really well. I use this to apply pressed powder because I don't like using the sponge it came with -- the brush applies a much lighter layer and blends it really well. Plus it just feel really nice on your skin -- so soft! If you haven't tried their brushes before, I definitely recommend them. They're an affordable alternative to the more expensive brushes. And I have other brushes by them that I've had for almost a year and they have held up really well. I typically wash my brushes once a week and I've washed this one several times and it still looks great. I don't find that the hairs come out on my face or that it sheds when I'm washing it, so it should last a long time. Most makeup brushes will last for years if you regularly clean them and treat them well. I use a textured cleaning glove and the Ecotools brush shampoo to clean this brush and it gets the powder and oil off nicely. Definitely recommend this brush!

Regardless of this being a drugstore brand, these brushes have stood the test of time. I have had to rebuy the, one every forever. Value for money.

Very nice makeup brush! I use it to apply bronzer. Love the longer handle. Bristles are soft and well made. Only reason I gave it a 4 instead of 5 is I wish it had some sort of protector to cover bristles when not using. Brush itself is good quality!

I had been using the poofs that come with setting powder and foundation for years. I feel like they can get cakey and gross, so I decided to try a brush. Didn't really know where to start, so I got this based on reviews. Right off the bat, I love it! Very soft and captures the powder easily. I've used it with several powders (CoverGirl, L'Oreal, E.L.F.) and it's worked well. Great value imo

I saw some reviews saying that this brush is a fake, etc but I can say I received a real one (I have many of them), with the right naming and box, so don't be afraid to buy! I have a ton of powder brushes in different sizes, prices, and shapes, from high-end to very low cost, and the powder brush of RT remains my favorite in my collection, and I see myself reaching for that very often! As many other RT brushes this one does not shed -at all, not even one bristle after washing; not even one bristle poking your face during application. I've used it thousands of times and it remains as perfect as the firs time. It's full, and dense, but not to much, so no scratcy feelings on your skin when using it. My favorite use is bronzer (and blush some times), and in fact, is the only brush I've used for bronzer since I bought it the first time. It peaks and applies the right amount of product, providing a beautiful and diffused finish!
