The makeup mirror worked upon arrival with no issues. I plugged it in to charge, and later when I unplugged the USB cord, the lights would not shut off. I saw complaints that this mirror doesn't hold a charge, but the lights were still on 18 hours later, until the batteries eventually died. That was impressive. I contacted customer service the next day, and received a fast reply. The representative had a new mirror shipped out the following day, and it arrived quickly, and worked perfectly. This company has AMAZING customer service, and I would definitely do business with them again! They even sent a follow-up email to make sure I had received the replacement & to see if I was happy with the mirror. You just can't get any better than that! I am very happy with the makeup mirror. It has 3 light settings, and it's definitely bright enough. A small magnifying mirror (included) can be attached to the mirror with suction cups. The mirror sits nicely on the stand (which doubles as the cover), and is very stable. The unit is small, with a thin profile, and very light. This is perfect for travel or taking along in our motorhome. The included USB charging cord was a nice bonus. I will be getting a lot of use from this mirror, and I'm very happy with my purchase. A 5-star purchase all the way around!!

It's very compact and great for travel. It magnetize your face and make it is easy to put on makeup or self groom. The light stays on a long time before it needs charging. I use it daily and would recommend it.

I got this for my MIL and she really likes it! Lightweight, the light is bright, and the magnifying mirror is useful and can fit in your purse. I would charge the mirror when you get it- we had difficulty turning the light off at first. But after it died and recharged no more issues have occurred

The mirror is perfect for travel. It’s so thin, but sturdy. I don’t love the magnifying mirror piece, but I’m not sure how you could improve it. Lighting works well.

***Update: I loved this mirror as you can see from my original review below. It was perfect and exactly what I needed, but unfortunately, the light stopped working after only two months, which was a bummer. Of course, two months is passed the return time frame, but I contacted Amazon and they allowed me to return it. This is a nice quality, light, durable, and easy to use mirror. The lighting is a nice touch. It has three settings, although the first setting in the third setting look very very similar. The first setting in the third setting are cool lighting, more like daylight. The middle one is warm like an evening light. The light is pretty bright and using it every day I usually have to charge it once a week. It’s a good size; you can see your whole face at once and it was a good value for the price. I am pleased with it.

Purchased this months ago. Was looking for a compact, travel sized mirror to take with me to interviews/leisure travel, and this was perfect. Lightweight, rechargeable, and has a light. It's very convenient, had a 10x small round mirror that is detachable via suction cup. Perfect for applying makeup in the morning for people like me that have really bad vision and need a mirror up close to apply make up without glasses. Overall very satisfied.
